Zimra seeks to recruit 100 revenue officers

THE Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) has embarked on a recruitment drive to beef up its staff with about 100 new revenue officers.

A total of 50 officers will be deployed to the customs and excise department while the other 50 will go to  the taxes side. The tax collector has also asked its former employees to also apply.

“Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following posts (revenue officers) that have arisen within the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority,” said the tax collector.

According to the organisation, prospective candidates are required to have qualifications covering a range of professional skills such as fiscal studies, accountancy, business studies, finance, business management, economics and sociology.
