Zimstat conducts non profit organisation survey

THE Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency (Zimstat) is today, 27 March, embarking on a month long national Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households (NPISH) survey that will feed into   the compilation of THE Gross Domestic Product (GDP.

Targeted institutions include schools, mission hospitals, mission clinics, charities, and clubs.

“The Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency (ZIMSTAT) will be conducting the Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households survey for the year 2022. NPISH data collection will take place from 27th March to 30th April, 2023.

“The Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households, conducted under the Census and Statistics Act (Chapter 10:29) of 2007, provides income and expenditure data, that is key in compilation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP),” said Zimstat.

Zimstat periodically conducts surveys across the sector of the economy.
