In a statement, ZIMSTAT stated that enumerators bearing official identification will visit all homes within pre-selected enumeration areas across all provinces.

This foundational phase enables the main data collection scheduled for September-October 2025.

“This listing is a crucial preparatory step ZIMSTAT appeals for the full cooperation of all households in selected areas to ensure the success of this important national survey.”

Conducted under the Census and Statistics Act, the exercise guarantees strict confidentiality, with collected data used exclusively for statistical purposes to inform national policy, planning, and development monitoring.
