ZITF innovators indaba takes off

THE ZITF Innovators Forum got underway this morning at the Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre.

Held as part of the ongoing Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF), the Bulawayo Agricultural Society Pavilion is hosting the forum running under the theme, “Catalysing Industrial Growth Through Collaborative Innovation.”

Speakers were drawn from the Ministry of Energy and Power Development, the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Wildlife, the Scientific and Industrial Research and Development Centre, the National University of Science and Technology, ZB Bank, the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of

Zimbabwe and the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe.

Today’s programme will mainly look at pitch competition, the hackathon challenge announcement, and the problem-solving guidelines. Students from various institutions are participating in the programme.
