ZNCC MIDLANDS CHAPTER YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR 2024

I am truly honored and humbled to be nominated for Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 by the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC), Midlands Chapter.

This recognition isn’t just about me—it’s a testament to the incredible journey we’ve been on at Perfect Media ZW, a youth-driven company using the power of media to tell authentic stories, uplift communities, and spark meaningful change through innovation.

As the Founder and CEO, I’ve had the privilege of building Perfect Media ZW from a bold idea into a dynamic creative agency. Our focus? Telling Zimbabwean stories with heart, professionalism, and purpose, and creating space for others to do the
same.

Our Journey So Far:

1. Building Something Bigger Than Me
Perfect Media ZW started as a dream to deliver high-quality, impactful media content that truly re­flects who we are as Zimbabweans. Today, we’re a registered company with the Zimbabwe Media Commission, powered by a small but
passionate team of seven and a growing client base of over 1,000 across various industries.

2. Creating Opportunity and Impact
Empowerment is at the core of everything we do:

Our Perfect Media Academy, currently in its pilot phase, has already trained 13 young people, with the ambitious goal of training 1,000 youth by 2030. We are proudly youth-led, employing seven talented young professionals and mentoring
many more through internships and

3. Giving Youth a Voice

We’ve had the joy of producing & doing the media coverage for over 22 episodes of Hear Me Zimbabwe (Seasons 3 to 5), a platform for young creatives to express themselves and be seen. So far, we’ve helped amplify the voices of approximately
350 young people from across the nation.

We’ve collaborated with forward-thinking brands like Steward Bank MBS, Fast One Steel 98.4 FM, Mai Mufarq, BuildEazy, and Beyond Borders Logistics to bring their stories to life through digital content, branding, and campaign strategies.

5. Community Engagement

Our work with Childline Zimbabwe has produced powerful documentaries centered on children’s rights and community well-being. It’s a part of our mission to use media not just for marketing, but for meaningful social change.

This nomination is more than recognition-it’s a reminder of why I started: to use entrepreneurship as a force for growth, dignity, and empowerment

At Perfect Media ZW we’re building something that goes beyond business-we’re nurturing a movement that invests in youth, prioritizes excellence, and champions authentic storytelling.
