FORMER ZPRA guerilla Cde Jabulani Zondo who died at his Nketa 6 home in Bulawayo on 2 September was laid to rest at the Bulawayo Provincial Heroes Acre on Thursday last week.
Hundreds of mourners gathered at the provincial shrine to bid farewell to Cde Zondo (66) who grew up in Kezi’s Donkwe-Donkwe area.
Cde Zondo who during the armed struggle was known as Cde Dumezweni operated in Hurungwe District in Mashonalaland West Province.
