The case in which Zimbabwe Stock Exchange chief executive Alban Dhladhla Chirume is pressing charges of physical abuse against his estranged wife Susan Mutangadura, the chairperson of the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe (IoDZ), was yesterday postponed after the State’s second witness failed to show up. Prosecutor Mr Richard Makondo told the court that his witness was attending a funeral.

Harare magistrate Ms Nomsa Sabarauta deferred the case to February 15.
