ZTA showcase at Malaysian fair

ZIMBABWE Tourism Authority (ZTA) upped efforts to market Destination Zimbabwe to the world by participating at the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) which ended yesterday (19 March).

 The MATTA FAIR held in Kuala Lumpur, ran from 17 – 19 March.

ZTA participated for the first time at  the annual travel fair.

It is the biggest travel fair in the country and is attended by a wide range of visitors.

The fair aims to promote the tourism industry in Malaysia and connect travellers with tour operators, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.

This year, ZTA has taken part at the leading world tourism fair, the International Tourism Bourse (ITB) Berlin held from 7 – 9 March.

The tourism promotion body also showcased at the 43rd Edition of the Feria Internacional de Turismo/ International Tourism Trade Fair (FITUR) in Madrid, Spain.
