HARVEST House International (HHI) Church auditorium in Bulawayo, which is set to be officially commissioned today, is expected to be a source of employment.

The church was started in the home of the founders and Senior Pastors, Bishops Dr Collin and Dr Sarah Nyathi, in 1995.
Starting with only eight individuals in their lounge, the church has experienced tremendous growth since then.

It now has more than 800 branches globally in countries such as Botswana, Namibia, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Lesotho, Swaziland, South Africa, Abu Dhabi, the United Kingdom and Australia.
HHI Church spokesperson Reverend Mhla Ndlovu told our sister publication -The Sunday News that the facility will create employment.
“We believe that this, first of all, will develop our people spiritually as it helps the country with a place of worship.

“The other thing, to run this place, you need a lot of people. It has and will continue to create employment.”
The imposing multi-million dollar conference centre at Selbourne Brooke suburb can accommodate up to 10 500 people.
The new centre will serve as the headquarters.

Construction began in October 2018.
The facility features five seminar halls, a gymnasium, a food court, and a dining restaurant.
It will also have a medical centre complete with a pharmacy, dental surgery, general practitioner, blood laboratory, and physiotherapist.
The complex, which spans 10 acres of prime land, also features numerous boardrooms, and six retail shop outlets available for rent, catering to jewellery and clothing businesses.
