TWENTY Clubs from across the country will fight for top honours in the Club Champion of Champions darts tournament on 01 February.

The tourney will be held at Munyati Guest House in Kwekwe.

National Secretary-General of National Darts Association of Zimbabwe, Stephen Mwarindira said top two clubs from the country’s 10 provinces which attained first and second position in their respective leagues in 2019 will fight for top honours in the competition.

“Club Champion of Champions is the first national tournament on the national calendar of events that is held annually on the last Saturday of January or first Saturday on February. This is the ninth club tourney and it is growing and improving annually in districts and provinces,” said Mwarindira.

Mwarindira said they encourage the provinces that did not take part in the 2019 edition to attend this year to increase the level of the competition.

This year’s winner will pocket $4 000, a trophy or a shield while the runners-up will pocket $3 000. The semi-finalists will get $2 000.
