Activists contest ministers’ appointments

A SOCIAL activist and a local trust have filed a lawsuit against President Mugabe and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai for the appointment of eight Cabinet ministers, five from Zanu-PF and three from MDC-T, claiming this was done in breach of Zimbabwe’s Constitution.
