THE Government is drafting an inter-parastatals debt strategy to allow the entities clear their debt to each other, State Enterprises and Parastatals Minister Gorden Moyo has said.

The villagers reportedly paid $10 0000 to Zesa who had promised to restore power to them if they paid the amount.
