Potraz yet to decide on BlackBerry services

The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (POTRAZ) will this month decide on whether to give Econet and Telecel the green light to offer BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) services to their subscribers, an official has said.
Early last year, Econet and Telecel sought approval from the regulatory authority to offer BBM services to their subscribers.
