Revision of new draft constitution complete
Harare BureauTHE Constitution Select Committee yesterday said it had completed revising all the chapters of the draft constitution that will be presented to the principals of the inclusive Government next week.
The draft contains 18 chapters.

The last bus to ply the route pulled out in 1997 citing poor road network and viability challenges. Life has therefore been difficult for villagers intending to travel within and outside the district as there was no public transport.

Lupane fails to lure investors
Chronicle ReporterTHE Lupane Local Board is failing to lure investors, a situation that is hampering prospects of employing substantive staff to run the board’s affairs, an official said.
Lupane centre was declared the provincial capital for Matabeleland North Province in 1999 and in 2009 a local board was set up to separate the administration of the town from Kusile Rural District Council.
