Submission of returns for income tax and capital gains tax purposes
Every year, in terms of the provisions of Section 37 of the Income Tax Act, the Commissioner General of the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority notifies all persons or representative taxpayers, who have received or accrued or deemed to have accrued income from sources within Zimbabwe to submit income tax and capital gains tax returns. Such returns should be submitted within 30 days after the date of the notice or other prescribed time limits.
