THE Government has awarded civil servants performance related bonuses with some getting as much as $1 000.
There was excitement among civil servants after they found the money in their bank accounts this week.
Some even reportedly phoned civil servants’ union leaders asking about the money.
However, the Apex Council, the body that represents civil servants in the country, is seeking clarity about the money as there was reportedly no communication from the employer about it.
