Chidawu loses Pelhams appeal

The Supreme Court has upheld the decision by the High Court to dismiss an urgent chamber application by businessman Mr Oliver Chidawu to stop the transfer of his 380 million shares in Pelhams to TN Asset Management in settlement of a US$2,7 million debt.
