COTTON Marketing Company of Zimbabwe managing director Mr David Machingaidze has been re-elected chairman of the Cotton Ginners’ Association.
He was re-elected for the fourth time in a row at the CGA annual general meeting last week.  Colonel Panganai Kahuni was also re-elected vice chairman.

MMCZ board chairperson Ambassador Christopher Mutsvangwa said the country, blessed with vast diamond reserves, was keen to set up a diamond polishing and cutting industry.

Spain seeks more time to cut deficit

MADRID. — Spain forecast last Friday it would climb out of its bitter recession in 2014 but needed two extra years to meet the European Union’s target for reining in its public deficit.
