Latest on hospital fire
Paidamoyo Chipunza Health ReporterOfficials at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals are still investigating the cause of a fire in one of its private wards on Tuesday evening, the hospital’s spokesperson has said.
Public relations manager Mrs Jane Dadzie said they were not yet sure of the cause of the explosion, which resulted in a fire in one of the private wards in D floor.
151m kg tobacco sold
Elita Chikwati Agriculture ReporterFARMERS have sold a cumulative 151 million kilogrammes of flue cured tobacco worth US$557 million since the opening of the selling season in February.
This outstrips the 144.5 million kilogrammes sold last year, amid expectations that the 171 million target will be surpassed by the close of the selling season. Mashonaland West
