“50 CENTS TO KILL?!” – Man stabbed to death over loose change

B-Metro Reporter

A PETTY squabble over just 50 cents turned deadly at Witchwood Farm Compound, when a shopkeeper allegedly stabbed a customer straight through the chest with an okapi knife – all because of missing change.

Moreblessing Sekerani (26) has been arrested for the cold-blooded murder of Jimson Makiwa (28) on 15 April, after the victim reportedly demanded his USD 0.50 change following a small grocery purchase.
“We heard shouting, then silence. When we rushed in, he was already bleeding out,” said a witness at the scene.

The argument reportedly escalated in seconds, with Sekerani allegedly pulling out the knife and plunging it into Makiwa’s chest.

Police confirmed the ARREST on X and said investigations are still underway.
