6 armed robbers steal 36 goats, 11 sheep at a farm

SIX armed robbers attacked three farm workers and stole 36 goats and 11 sheep.

In a statement, police said the robbery occurred at Tsapato Farm, Mvurwi on 5 March around 11:30pm.

The suspects looted the livestock into an unregistered white Mistubishi vehicle.

Police appealed for information that may help in apprehending the suspects.

“Police in Mvurwi are investigating case of robbery which occurred at Tsapato Farm on 05/03/24 at around 2330 hours in which six male suspects who were armed with sticks, attacked three farm workers before stealing 36 goats and 11 sheep. The suspects loaded the loot in an unregistered white Mitsubishi motor vehicle and drove off. Anyone with information to report at any nearest police station,” reads the statement.
