UNITED College of Education (UCE) will on Thursday hold its 58th graduation ceremony, with 661 graduates expected to receive their qualifications.
The ceremony will be presided over by the Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, Dr Frederick Shava, who will be the guest of honour.
The graduation marks another milestone for the Bulawayo-based teacher-training institution, which continues to play a key role in producing teachers for the country’s education sector.
The 661 graduates are expected to receive their qualifications before family members, academics and other invited guests attending the ceremony.
