UFA – “We should spread our influence to other countries with rapidly developing economies and to developing countries…” The BRICS grouping (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) should spread its influence to other rapidly developing countries, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff said on Thursday.

“We should spread our influence to other countries with rapidly developing economies and to developing countries,” Rousseff said at an enlarged meeting of the BRICS leaders in the Russian Urals city of Ufa.

The Brazilian president said the UN Security Council should also be reformed and expanded, TASS news agency reported.
