THE profile of teenage singer, Andre The Vocalist, continues to grow.
One of those pushing his brand says “he is a gift from God.”
And, after his breakthrough performance at the Amplifaya Festival, he has been speaking about his fledgling career.
“Been a week since I performed at Amplifaya Festival and I must say it was a big highlight in my career. Thank you Plot Mhako for the great PR work you have been doing for me, thank you Team earGROUD for the amazing support.”
Businessman, Tinashe Mutarisi, who bankrolled the young singer’s trip to South Africa, where he met, among others, DJ Maphorisa, said at the weekend: “I would like to thank you all for the praises around Andrea The Vocalist,” he wrote on his social media platforms. I want to assure you I will do my best, my level best, and God will do the rest.
“I honestly believe that the young man is a gift from God and he is going to help heal Zimbabwe.

“Let me also correct this statement, I didn’t discover Andrea. The person who deserves the praise, as far as Andrea is concerned, is the person that I’m going to introduce to you.
“The true hero of this story is his manager Tendai Joe On Africa.”
He added: “This is the guy who bought into the dream way before any of us and he is the guy who approached me to join the camp through Pius Mhako.
“I contribute money, I don’t want to sound like a douche but it’s not even important because God Blessed me.
“Tendai invests his savings and, on top of that, his service and time. Tendaijoe is one of the reasons why I jumped onto the Andrea bus.
“We must not forget this name, Tendaijoe, he is the real hero of this story.”
