THERE is a new dancing star in Harare!
Destiny Buluma, 26, is a dancer who has decided to launch her solo career back home after playing second fiddle to Zolasko and 2 Commandos in Botswana.
She has already had a brief stint with Zimdancehall chanters Poptain, Boss Pumacol and sungura musician Simon Mutambi as both vixen and dancer.
“I am a typical bionic woman who is familiar with a lot of dance moves.
‘‘Dancing is my passion, I have been doing this since I was a kid and I am declaring a launch to my personal career,” said Destiny.
“Harare is a hard city to thrive in, especially with competition from already established dancers like Bev, Zoey, Wasu and Lady Storm, to name but a few, who share the same goals with me.
“I want to assure the fans that I have what it takes and I possess the skills to rise above the competition and make a name for myself.”

It seems she is already making a name for herself.
“I started dancing during my school days and was the centre of attraction during variety shows and dance shows, I have never looked back.
“I have been performing at local pubs and waiting for my major breakthrough because I already knew it’s coming.
“I have turned down a number of men who offer me cash and expensive gifts just to get into bed with me.
“I have stood my ground to push them away so that I can only concentrate on my hustle.”
