A Cowdray Park woman who found the going tough in South Africa reportedly bounced back at her ex-husbandas home after two years, forcing him to accept and love her again.

Unfortunately the man Albert Maseko is no longer interested in Sipho Sibanda as he claims she dumped him at a time when the family needed her the most when one of the children was a toddler.

Upon her return, he told her that he did not love her anymore and she should vacate their matrimonial home.

However, the woman put logs in her ears and Masekoas efforts to kick her out of the house hit a brick wall, forcing him to turn to the courts for help.

Maseko openly declared that he did not want the woman in his life because he was fed up of her habit of just moving to South Africa and returning whenever she felt like.

a?She went to South Africa without my consent and returned two years later. She developed the habit of moving in and out of the country while I suffered alone until 2017.

a?I do not want her at my place, she is also demanding a lot of things as a result emotionally abusing me,a? he said.

Maseko further claimed that they had separated, but the woman was still bothering him and her actions were disturbing his peace.

In response, Sibanda said they were customarily married, therefore, she wanted all the property they bought together.

a?I had thought he was going to send children away, but he never did so I had to go to his place. He is lying because he chased me from the house we bought together and I also want all the property,a? said Sibanda.

The presiding magistrate Tancy Dube dismissed Masekoas application saying the matter should be dealt with at a customary court.
