Chisvo is survived by his wife Priscilla and three children. His death comes a day before he was set to perform with Victor Kunonga at the Hospitality Association of Zimbabwe Jazz Night set for Jazz 105.
Kunonga described Chisvo’s death as a sad loss to the music industry.
“I went to see him yesterday and his blood sugar level was too high and he unfortunately passed away this morning
“I would appreciate it if you could call later because I need to see his family first then we can give you the full details,” said Kunonga.
Chisvo worked with several artistes including Busi Ncube, Andy Brown, Chiwoniso Maraire, Keith Farqharson, Kunonga and Tanga WekwaSando to mention a few.
Mourners are gathered at Number 46 Chatima Road, Mbare.
