AFRICA Film Academy is inviting all the youths in Zimbabwe, who have the passion to unleash their film making potential, to apply before Friday.

The academy is an institution dedicated to empowering film makers across the continent and offers a transformative 12-week programme at 24 East Road in Belgravia, Harare.

It helps students with the knowledge and practical experience needed to succeed in the vibrant world of cinema.

This opportunity of film making was brought to Zimbabwe by Hollywood filmmaker Jonathan Samukange who is helping youths who want to step into the spotlight and learn from talented actors.

These programmes are designed to equip Zimbabwe’s youths with skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the dynamic and ever evolving film industry.

Aspiring students have to choose a class that matches their interests and passion.

“In our esteemed programmes, students will be presented with a truly unique opportunity to sharpen their skills and we go beyond the realm of empowering students to take on the role of producing, bringing their scripts to life.

“At Africa Film Academy we believe in nurturing creativity, fostering innovation and celebrating diverse story telling voices,” said one of the directors at the academy.
