AFTER 13 YEARS, EX-HUBBY WANTS TO RETURN, WITH HIS NEW WIFE

A HARARE woman claims her violent ex-husband wants to move back to the house 13 years after they separated.

Lynette Chikwacha said her ex-husband, Kudakwashe Jaw, wants to even bring the wife he got, during their separation, into her house.

“We separated 13 years ago and he moved in with another woman.

“He recently sent me a message saying he is coming back to the house with his wife.

“He said I should remove all tenants at the house to accommodate him and his wife,” Lynette said.

Kudakwashe denied being violent.

“I am not violent, if I was, she would have shown you the evidence.

“She is also lying that we separated 13 years ago. We only separated four years ago.

“The only thing I did, Your Worship, was to tell her that I’m coming back to the house and she should give the tenants a notice to vacate.”

Magistrate Mandlenkosi Ndlovu advised Lynette and Kudakwashe to resolve their issue amicably.
