Agenda finds feet in SA, readies single release

Mthabisi Tshuma, Showbiz Reporter

JAZZ musician Agenda Maphosa aka Agenda is slowly finding his feet in neighbouring South Africa where he relocated last year.

His hope was to develop his music career and it seems the artiste is on course as he has started to work on an EP due to be released in December. A single is set to be dropped next month.

Agenda said relocating has not been an easy walk in the park but he is soldiering on.

“Relocating was one of the hardest decisions I ever made as I left my family behind. It’s paying off as I’ll release a song called Nguwe on my birthday in September,” he said.

He said the EP is being made possible by Thobani Dube, the leader of Rhumba outfit Dupute Warriors who forked out his finances to fuel the project. The EP has four tracks, Ngizwile, Impendulo, Nguwe and Jabula. – @mthabisi_mthire
