All set for Research symposium

All is now set for the official opening for the 13th Zimbabwe International Research Symbosium by President Mnangagwa in

Harare on Monday morning.

The three day symposium, drawing researchers from the African continent and far afield, started on Sunday and will run until

Tuesday.

It is being held under the theme “Embracing Research And Innovation For Sustainable Industrialisation” is meant to promote

research and innovation particularly on renewable energy.

It is being organised by the Research Council of Zimbabwe and the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority and several

 

Research institution that include Tertiary institutions are showcasing their products at the venue.

The symbosium is being held at a time when Zimbabwe has adopted Education 5.0 which emphasise the production of goods

and services anchored on research and innovation.
