All is set for the gospel show dubbed, ‘Worship Lounge’, this weekend in Scotland.

The event which will be held at the Central Hall, Edinburgh, Scotland is being hosted by seasoned gospel songstress Minister Rumbidzai Munyuni.

It will feature some of the country’s top gospel singers including Minister Micheal Mahendere, Takesure Zamar, Ellard and Sharon Cherayi, and Sir Benjamin Rupapa, who will share the stage with hostess Minister Rumbie as she is affectionately known in gospel scenes.

In an interview with Minister Rumbie, said they were ready to stage the show.

“Guest artistes have started coming from Zimbabwe and we are happy as all is set for the stage. We are now in rehearsal at Retreat in Scotland.”

“The event is a live DVD recording and the fully processed DVD will be released during the festive season as part of the Christmas gift to fans. I will also use the opportunity to market my new songs and extended plays,” she said.

Meanwhile, Minister Micheal Mahendere said is happy to perform at the event.

“It is a great honour to perform in Scotland after the high demand for local gospel music in a foreign land. October is a busy month for me henceforth will use it to prepare for the Outcry concert scheduled for December,” he said.
