adminAll is set for the National Youth Expo which is pencilled to take place next Friday at the Rainbow Towers. The one day expo which is being organised by Zimbabwe Youth Council will see various stakeholders, training institutions, employers, service providers, youth in various sectors and young entrepreneurs coming together to showcase their talent and wares
Speaking to Cool Lifestyle the organisers said preparations are at an advanced stage.
“The youth expo will be held at Rainbow Towers grounds on February 7 from 0800-1700hrs. We are expecting hundreds of young people to come and network at the same time creating platform to showcase opportunities for the youth,” said one organiser.
The organiser further highlighted that it is mostly a career expo.
“Government departments, training institutions, uniformed forces, health service providers, civic society, young farmers, young entrepreneurs, youths in arts and culture will be among some of the exhibitors.
Minister of Youth, Indigenisation and Empowerment, Honourable Francis Nhema will grace the occasion,” said the organiser.
Meanwhile a lot of entertainment is also lined up as artistes like Shinsoman and groups such as Chipawo are set to take centre stage.
Chipawo manager Chipo Basopo has confirmed the latest developments.
“We are ready to roll and so far we have started rehearsing for the expo. Teens should come in their numbers as we are going to put a splendid performance, representing the youth and ZIMBO pride,” she said.
Apart from that your very own paper, Cool Lifestyle is going to exhibit and we are inviting everyone to come to our stand.
