Minister Matinenga said the conference would be held at the Harare International Conference Centre.
“Delegates from the various provinces will check in on Sunday, October 21 and the real business will start on Monday. If all goes well, we might finish on Monday but the whole process will be through by Tuesday,” he said.
About 1 000 delegates are expected to attend the conference with each of the three political parties in the inclusive Government seconding 246 delegates.
“The remainder will come from the civil society as we want to give every sector a chance to be heard,” he said.
Minister Matinenga said the accreditation of delegates begins next week and would be done at provincial level.
“We do not want a repeat of the confusion that characterised the First All Stakeholders Conference where delegates were accredited on the night before the event.
“Our officials will accredit delegates beginning next week and all they need to do is to bring their (accreditation) cards to the HICC,” he said.
