The Institute of Corporate Directors Zimbabwe (ICDZ) is a professional institution dedicated to enhancing the professionalism and effectiveness of corporate directors in Zimbabwe, supported by the Professional Director Canada, Governance Solution Canada, Hawkamah Institute of Corporate Governance Dubia and the Institute of Corporate Governance Zimbabwe.
ICDZ’s goal is to promote good governance amongst boards of companies. We achieve this by:
l Developing professional competence of corporate directors
l Build a pipeline of capable corporate directors
l Promoting research and development on the law and practice of corporate governance
l Representing corporate directors’ interest by lobbying and advocating on issues affecting corporate directors
l Providing a platform of networking and corporate directorship opportunities
