A MAN, who raped a commercial sex worker in his parked car at the gate at his house in Avondale, is now on the RUN.
Daniel Guzha, 40, sought the services of a woman, only identified as Tafadzwa of Highfield, whom he hooked at a night club in Avondale.
Daniel drove Tafadzwa to his house where the latter demanded her money but Daniel refused to pay.
Tafadzwa pleaded with Daniel to take her back to the night club but, instead, he became angry and locked the car doors.
He raped her without protection in a parked car by the gate
Daniel pushed the complainant out of his car and drove his car into his yard and locked the gate. Tafadzwa managed to take down the house address along Cheryl Road in Avondale.
She then filed a police report.
Harare provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, confirmed the case.
“Police are investigating a rape case in Avondale,” said Insp Chakanza.
“Circumstances were that the complainant was at a night club in Avondale, having some drinks with her friends.
“The accused person then asked the complainant to meet outside the club.
“Whilst outside the night club, the accused person asked the complainant to have sex with him for a fee.
“The two agreed that the accused person was to pay US$150 for the night.
“The complainant then went with the accused person to his white Nissan pick-up single cab vehicle, whose registration number was not captured.
“The accused person drove to his place of residence where he raped her in a parked car by the gate and dumped her,” said Insp Chakanza.
