ANTI – poaching operations by Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority (ZimParks) rangers have been boosted with a timely donation of an operational vehicle by Zanu PF politician Cde Emmanuel Sunduza.
ZimParks is mandated with the conservation of the country’s flora and fauna which is a major tourist attraction that contributes significantly to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Zimbabwe.

In a significant show of support to the wildlife conservation by ZimParks, Cde Sunduza, through his S&E Mines, donated a single-cab pickup truck to aid anti-poaching activities in the Matopos National Park.
The vehicle is expected to improve mobility for rangers and enhance protection of natural resources.
Speaking at the handover of the vehicle to ZimParks, Cde Sunduza emphasised the importance of collaboration between the mining sector and conservation authorities.
“As a mining company, we are proud to work with ZimParks in protecting our natural heritage in Matobo. These resources are not only for us today, but for future generations. It is our responsibility to preserve the wildlife and environment,” he said.
He added that S&E Mines is committed to sustainable mining practices that follow industry regulations and environmental guidelines.
Beyond vehicle donations, S&E Mines has also been assisting ZimParks with earth-moving equipment when needed. The company has further contributed building materials for the construction of a joint police and ZimParks base in Matobo, strengthening security and operational efficiency in the region.
