AGRICULTURAL and Rural Development Advisory Services (ARDAS) Provincial director for Matabeleland North, Mr Dumisani Nyoni has died.
He passed away on Tuesday at the United Bulawayo Hospitals (UBH) where he was admitted to a private ward.
He was 60.
The Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development Ministry has confirmed his sudden death.
Mr Nyoni, had been unwell for some time and was on sick leave at the time of his death.
He was a respected agronomist and before being appointed as ARDAS provincial director, he had served as the Agritex officer for Matabeleland.
