The robbers were wearing balaclavas and struck at about 2030hrs.
The robbers were armed with pistols and iron bars.
Nayini was watching television when he heard a strange noise which was coming from the dining room.
He peeped through the window to see what was happening and saw three men wearing balaclavas.
He ran into another room, where he locked himself from inside.
The robbers broke the screen door and the window using an Iron bar and gained entry into the rooms.
They found Nayini and they tied him using a phone charger cable before ransacking the rooms.
They managed to steal US$19,000 from one of the drawers and another US$1,100 from the reception drawer.
The robbers also stole a Samsung A07 Galaxy cellphone, valued at US$300, which belonged to Nayini.
Kudakwashe, who was driving a Honda Fit, had two occupants, including Alemela, whom he was ferrying from a Ridgeview Warehouse, to their Milton Park offices.
When he arrived at the office, one of the robbers opened the gate and allowed the car to enter into the premises.
Subsequently, one of the robbers pointed a firearm at Alemela and then forcemarched the three to the backyard where they were ordered to lie on the ground.
The robbers went on to search Alemela and stole cash amounting to US$3,000 and a Samsung A series and another smart phone.
They searched Kudakwashe’s vehicle and stole two cellphones, a Samsung A-32 and an iPhone X5.
They then drove away in the Honda Fit, which belonged to Kudakwashe, and used it to flee the crime scene.
The total value stolen from the complainants was $49,925 and nothing was recovered.
National police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi could not be reached for comment.
