. . . as top speakers are unveiled

A number of notable speakers are expected to grace this year’s Tech@school, a TechnoMag initiative that is being held in conjunction with the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE), the Government through the Ministries of ICT Postal and Courier, Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology and Public Service and Social Welfare.

These include Dr Shingi Munyeza, an accomplished business leader, CEO for ZOL Zimbabwe, Mr Denny Marandure, Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development Minister Professor Jonathan Moyo and Dr Win Mlambo who is Deputy Minister of Information Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services.

Other speakers include Econet Wireless Zimbabwe CEO Douglas Mboweni, Mr Phillip Chiyangwa one of the prominent black businessmen to emerge in independent Zimbabwe, and NetOne managing director Engineer Reward Kangai.

Founder of Tech@school, Mr Tonderai Rutsito said the speakers are expected to share their success stories.

“There is nothing better than to hear it from the horse’s mouth, these are the men and women who have undoubtedly made it to the top and are still greatly impacting the economy and offering sustainable solutions to the nation, the students will gain a lot from listening and interacting with them,” said Mr Rutsito.

“Various topics have been hand-picked for the industry gurus and students should expect a lifetime opportunity to listen and ask these successful technology decision makers on how they have traversed their journey and how they can make it to the top as well.”
