It just got better !!!
When it seemed Asaph had reached his highest potential in 2018, the muso just got another raise again at the beginning of the year.
It’s nothing new but more confirmation that the young muso is one of the best Hip Hop artistes to come out of Bulawayo.
The year has begun with an announcement of the Changamire Hip Hop awards that will be held in Harare on 30 January and Asaph has been nominated six times in the upcoming awards.
“This is the best way to start up a new year I could never ask for anything more, I’m just grateful,” said Asaph.
In 2018 Asaph became the fastest rising musician coming from the city of Kings and shared stages with some top artistes in the Southern African region.
The fast rising artiste is not resting on his laurels; rather he hopes to achieve greater than he did in the past year.
“I do not take the achievements as a stop sign rather it means I should work harder to defend my titles in the coming year,” he said.
“I expect to have more appearances this year and with other bigger artistes as well,” added Asaph.
Followers of the muso must also expect new tunes that are set to cause fireworks.
“More tunes that I believe will be hit tracks are coming up. I’m surely cooking up something incredible for my people. If they thought Mambo and Good times anthem was the best then more is coming, we are going to take over,” he added.
