The Aspindale Park housing development project has sold out all residential stands and is now ready to hand over tittle deeds under phase one of the scheme.
The multi-million-dollar project, being financed through local and international partners, is divided into residential and commercial stands in line with modern trends.
Aspindale Park has since put on sale commercial stands. The 56 hectare development also includes two schools, churches, a clinic and retail space.
Aspindale will not only create employment opportunities and promote economic growth, but will also bring convenience to residents.
The property development project sits on prime location at the junction of Kambuzuma and High Glen Road, which is convenient for those working in Harare central business district or the industrial areas within easy access of the main roads and other transport links.
The property has all the basic services and amenities, in addition to high standard durable roads, water, electricity and sewer connectivity.
The stands will have solar powered street lights and high-speed fibre internet connectivity.
Aspindale Park will be a community with a difference, offering a premium lifestyle in the centre of the “Sunshine City”.
Aspindale Park project manager Michael Swan, told The Herald Property Guide that the development of the project has been encouraging.
“There are a few 200 square meters stands left for sale and we are now selling commercial stands. The financial side of the project is private information,” said Mr Swan.
The first group of phase one stand owners will be receiving their title deeds this week. The Aspindale Park developers will soon be opening the Aspindale Park farmers market.
Phase one of the project has 390 stands, while the entire project will have 1 200 stands. The stands measure between 200 square metres and 360 square metres.
Plans are now afoot to start phase two of the project, which will provide 400 stands.
