Econet posts solid H1 results, contributes billions to fiscus
Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, the country’s leading telecommunications and technology firm has reported an 186 percent growth in revenue to $1,1 trillion in the half year to August 2023, with $400 billion (nearly 40 percent) of that amount going to statutory payments in the form of taxes and levies.
