Sports Reporter
HELLENIC School have added two new teams to feature in this year’s eighth edition of their day/night Rugby Sevens Festival tomorrow. Banket Primary and Wise Owl will make their first appearance in the 14-team battle.

Festival organiser Bobbie Odilo told The Herald that the festival was growing each year.

“This year we want the festival to be bigger and better with more exciting games,” said Odilo.

“Our lights are up and functioning and have been improved.

“The high schools have the Dairibord festival, which is very popular and draws foreign teams and, so, we are also getting there with the primary schools.

“This is not just a sevens event but it is considered as the first step to grow rugby from grassroots.

“We have once again added two new schools, Banket Primary and Wise Owl, and we hope they will enjoy.” The battles start at 2pm and finish at 7.30pm.
