Richard Kawondera was on target for the visitors in the first minute of the match while Bukhosi Sibanda equalised in the 81st minute from the spot.
There were four major injuries during the match.
One mid air-clash resulted in Bantu Rovers’ Teenage Hadebe and Triangle’s Charles Rukwanhi being replaced.
Referee Allan Bhasvi had to stop the match for three minutes for the medical team to attend to Rukwanhi who appeared to have a serious head injury.
Triangle coach Biggie Zuze said the club’s medical team would make sure that the player gets the best treatment.
Triangle opened the scoring in the first minute of the match through Kawondera who rushed into the box, beating a sleepy Bantu Rovers defence, to drill a shot past Takunda Mutanga in goal for Bantu Rovers.
