Dr Sadza is the founding Vice Chancellor of the Women’s University in Africa and former commissioner of the Public Service Commission.
She also holds directorship in a listed FMCG company and a financial institution.
She holds a PhD, a masters degree as well as an honours degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
“Her extensive management experience makes her an invaluable addition to the board,” said BAT Zimbabwe in a statement.
Mr Sabra is the finance director for BAT Plc Southern African markets.
Prior to his latest appointment, Mr Sabra held various posts within the group including being Africa Middle East regional finance transformation project manager.
He holds an MSc in Finance degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Administration degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
“Mr Sabra brings to the board a wealth of experience in strategic planning, financial management and project management,” said the company.
Mr Nyabadza replaces Ms Shungu Chirunda as company secretary. He is an admitted lawyer in Zimbabwe and Botswana.
“He has worked for major companies in Zimbabwe and Botswana and has gained considerable experience in corporate law and company secretarial practices in these markets,” said BAT Zimbabwe.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Laws (with specialisation in corporate law) from the University of South Africa and a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute.
