AMAPIANO and hip hop music fans are in for a treat on Saturday when top South African and Zim Hip Hop artists share the stage at the Long Cheng Plaza car park.
Dubbed “Face of Hip-Hop and Amapiano Festival”, the event features South African deejays – Gold Max of Destruction Boys – Movi Dixon, DJ Cndo and Mbali Umshove.
Zim Hip Hop artists – Holy Ten, Voltz JT, Stunner, Ti-Gonzi, Saint Floew, Leo Magozz – alongside female deejays King Her, Eve, Star FM presenter DJ Mox and Selekta Base, among others, complete the line-up.
The potentially-exciting bash will be happening on the last day of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show. Speaking to H Metro, one of the event organisers, Godfatha Templeman said:

“The event is all about a presentation and showcase of two music cultures.
“We have Amapiano being represented by the South African acts and Zim Hip Hop artists representing hip hop. “It is not a clash but just two music cultures coming together to share the stage and entertain music fans,” he said.
He added:
“We are expecting the South African artists to arrive on Saturday around midday.
“We also urge people to come early to avoid any disappointments.”
