Be in control of your weight

Itas an open secret that some people donat want to have a partner with a very big body and worse not fit, as it has some consequences on the relationship. A

In most cases people rush to say itas because the other party will be unattractive,A but the truth is that such people end up having low sex drive and unable to be active during the adult game.

Clearly there are no two ways around being overweight. That being said, first we should be in a position to identify someone who is obese (overweight) and someone who is fit, though they would be having a huge body. The latter can still be in a position to perform his/her bedroom duties, but the former has several problems and sooner or later he/she has the capacity, though being overfed, to sexually starve his/her partner to death.

The essence of this weekas offering sisters is based on the basis that we should manage our body weight and even be in a position to tell our partners that they are becoming overweight before it gets out of hand.

I bet all of us besides failure of sexual performance, are aware of other health impacts that come with being overweight. As a result if you have a partner who is struggling to breathe or you are experiencing that because of being overweight itas about time you did something about it.

There is no doubt sisters that as Africans, most of us are more heavily built or thicker than men. But we have noted that in as much as African men are wild about thick women, our image contributes to hormonal balance, and your weight can play a key factor in maintaining satisfying sexual experiences. Thatas why in the end you have to manage to take care of your body and try by all means no matter how difficult it is to keep it in check.

How you feel about your body is a major part of how you feel about having sex. If you feel confident, youare ready to get it on. If you feel insecure, you just want to hide every part of yourself. But whether you think youare too fat, too thin, or just right, there are hang-ups everyone has that contribute to what goes on in the bedroom.

Extra weight can also create a host of problems like hormonal imbalance and even erectile dysfunction. Now, weare not about to say being overweight means your sex life suffers. Letas be clear, if youare overweight, it doesnat have to affect your performance in the bedroom. If you feel confident, sexy, and desirable, then youare guaranteed to translate that between the sheets. But for some, being overweight does correlate to lower levels of energy and motivation. There can be self-consciousness or limiting beliefs about ability or desire when youare overweight, as a result besides being confident with your body you have to as well consider your partner how he reacts or appreciates your body for a mutual sex life.

Fortunately for women, being overweight doesnat come with more repercussions than it has to our partners. The only complaint I have heard from male colleagues is that overweight women have a tendency of maintaining the three quarter Nandoas chicken throughout the whole night without any movement.

But the reason why I am concerned about ensuring that your partner maintains his weight is that it results in erectile dysfunction.

Being overweight dramatically increases the chances of an unco-operative, lazy penis. Believe it or not, men who are overweight are likely to experience erectile dysfunction by two and a half times more compared to those who are not.

As sisters I know the bedroom game just drives us insane thatas why we have to ensure, besides yourself that your partner doesnat get overweight.

Thereas no getting around being overweight, if youare obese, your physicality can be directly impacted in a variety of ways. Sexuality is a physical pursuit, so the more limber and physically fit, the more likely you are able to pursue its pleasures, this does not preclude one from having a satisfying sex life. However, if one or both partners is obese, many sexual positions can become challenging. I am sure sisters, you have come across this situation and wouldnat want it to keep recurring.

Nevertheless the good part is that in every problem, solutions arise. If your partner is overweight, the best thing to do is encourage them to be active, eat healthy and show your support in a positive way. If your partner is overweight, he or she is most likely worried about his state. Making them feel bad about themselves can cause them to eat more or choose high-fat foods as a comfort. Thus as a result getting healthy together can actually create a bond that will likely improve your connection in and out of the bedroom.

Sistersa parting shot: letas first take care of our bodies in as much as we want our partners to look healthy and of course manage it so that the issue of big O is for everyone.
