A WAVE of terror that gripped elderly women in Madlambuzi has finally ended as serial rapist Talent MOYO (27) was nabbed and slapped with a hefty 15-year prison sentence!
The police took to X to heap praise on villagers in Makhulela and Dupute, whose tip-offs led to the swift arrest of the perverted predator. Moyo had plunged the community into fear with his unspeakable acts of sexual abuse against vulnerable grandmothers.
“The accused, Talent Moyo, was recently convicted by the courts and was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment,” confirmed national police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi.
He urged the public to continue joining forces with law enforcement through ZRP’s Community Policing structures to keep Zimbabwe safe.
