Beenie Man to rock the Lion Lager beer festival

Born Anthony Moses Davison on August 22, 1973, better known by his stage name Beenie Man, is a Grammy award winning Jamaican reggae artiste.

He is now the proclaimed, “King of the Dance Hall.” He will set the house on fire as he takes to stage his dancehall moves.
Delta beverages will this year, for the second time, treat Lion Lager consumers to a summer beer festival.

The day will have a long entertainment line-up. There will be sporting activities in the volleyball discipline, clash of the Djs competition and local artistes will also be doing what they know best on stage
Delta Beverages marketing manager, Patricia Murambinda, said they were promoting the Lion Lager brand through Beenie Man, as he is the lion in the dancehall genre.
“We are excited to have an international star and we owe it to our consumers to give them an international performance.
“The Lion Lager summer festival turns two years and it’s growing bigger and better,” she said.

Local artistes Sulumani Chimbetu, Stunner, Madiz and Zimbabwe’s own dancehall artist Winky D will perform during the event.
“Lion Lager consumers will interact with their Lion Lager brand during the festival through various activities,” she said.
All is in place for the Beenie Man show. Beenie Man is expected to arrive tomorrow.
